THE DANIELS FORMULA VDOT CALCULATOR

The majority of our training paces are based upon each runner's individual Vdot, which is a number to represent their VO2max (their maximum oxygen consumption) and running economy. We will have Vdot charts for each runner, but here is an easy-to-use calculator to find your Vdot and associated running paces:
